Masters (MSc) Degree

• The department accepts applicants with at least a bachelor degree (academic degree) in:
  1. Science
  2. Engineering
  3. Any RELATED degrees, after the approval of the faculty committee

• Candidates should have TOEFL-ITP (from AMEDEAST) with minimum score of 400

• TOEFL-ITP score is mandatory for MS degree registration (not required for Pre-MS level).

• You MUST pass the "How to Avoid Plagiarism" Workshop to have permission to held your defense seminar

Course Duration:

One academic year (2 semesters); a total of 26 credit hours.

Credits distributed as follow:

1. First semester  (14 credit hours)

2. Second semester  (12 credit hours)
   The second semester includes TWO tracks, one is for solar cells and the other is for fuel cells

Course fees:

1. for Pre-MSc year: 4200 EGP + 200 EGP files fees

2. for each MSc year: 3000 EGP + 200/month bench fees (if practical work will be done in faculty labs)
